I would give a 5 stars mainly because the superb customer service that is the best I've come across so far. I was assisted by a staff named Alice, but I am confident that other staff are also good. She is approachable, responsive and friendly. Well done.

Rose was excellant coffee machine came before christmas and is from a europan country but i just went out got some beans and plug to make it work and its works amazing got a bit cheaper one as it was damaged but you cant see it so its like new. As its a bosch you get a 2 year warranty so thats always good. Also got a free cleaning kit with it as well!

Coffee machine was delivered from Lithuania and was a European model with a two pin plug – they supplied an adapter but this is unacceptable. Don't use them.

Highly recommend this company and would defo use them again! Incredible value for a coffee machine – and arrived looking great and as advertised. It does have a European plug, but as someone said below Coffee Mate provided an adapter. Unfortunately, ParcelForce made a mistake (not at all Coffee Mate's fault) and the coffee machine, a gift for my husband, arrived too late for Christmas. So I had to return it, which was not a problem at all for Coffee Mate, and it was picked up nearly immediately free of charge and I was fully refunded. The replies to queries on email were very quick – and customer service second to none. Once we have settled into our new kitchen, we will be buying a new coffee machine – and won't hesitate to use Coffee Mate again.

I had a great experience. Ordered a very compettitively priced coffee machine, customer service was great to follow up on my requests. Machine arrived quickly and in great condition. Wife is happy with a very posh machine. Happy Wife, happy life. Hope I dont have to experience the sad tales seen below.
