Just received a Bosch in built coffee machine, set it up in 5 minutes and it is amazing. Machine came well packaged and of course brand new out of the box. I did think the milk container was missing however this was my error as it was packaged very well in foam. The machine was here on time and I couldn’t be happier. (UK buyer)

Rose and Alice were absolute wonders and were not deterred by our (unwieldy) bureaucracy and were game to complete forms and run the gamut (seriously, the time they took to deal with us, phenomenal!)!
