Shipped quickly, arrived safely within a few days. Loses one star for being a *.co.uk address but shipping appliances with an EU plug with a large and rather ugly EU>UK adaptor. Otherwise, fantastic.

Ordered a coffee machine which cost £600+. Delivery was smooth. Yet when I opened the parcel like others I was surprised it was European with a two pin plug but anyway. I continued onto setting up my coffee machine for the first time and it failed. I assume the sensors of the grounds container did not work as it was stuck on that screen. So I emailed and they responded quickly telling me I could get a replacement after an engineer inspects the machine which could take 14days. So yes although in replies to angry customers the coffee mate mention a exchange and refund policy unfortunately making customers wait 14 days for a replacement is not acceptable. Particularly not for this price. Disappointed to say the least.
