Really like this product, works really well and looks really impressive and makes a great talking point. Makes fantastic coffee, and the number of variations it is able to perform is quite staggering, you really can make it exactly the way you want it. Took us a little of bit of time to get used to it, but that's probably because we've only ever had a standard counter top based coffee machine in the past. Grinder part is quite loud, but again I suspect this is only because we've never had a "bean to cup" device before but you soon get used to it. The Wi-Fi is great too, a little fiddly to set up but if you follow the instructions it works fine. Note: I tried to do it without at first and had to revert to the instructions because it's not quite the same as connecting a tablet / phone / laptop etc to your Wi-Fi. Coffee mate's delivery was bang on too, arrived exactly when it said it was going to. Thanks very much.

Excellent machine and quick delivery. Was bought to replace 8 yo De'Longhi machine so expecting same lifespan.

This froths milk beautifully and looks great sitting on the counter. The cup holds enough for three or four cups which is handy. I love that it's easy to clean and that the lid has a detachable middle so you can add powders to your milks. The design of the product is lovely. However, the temperature – even on the very highest setting – is too low for me. I have to drink my drinks really quickly and even then, they are lukewarm. This might not be the same for dairy milk which I haven't tried in this machine but this has been my experience with oat milk. I now top my drinks off with water from the kettle which is a bit fiddly and disappointing considering the top-end cost of this frother.

Great product, no time at all to make a coffee of barista coffee shop style, milk steamer is excellent too, in summary a great allrounder

Great price, it wasn’t in stock when I placed the order but they advised when they were expecting stock and kept me informed during the delivery period. Would definitely consider buying from them again.
