Product was entirely as expected. Price was very keenand tracking information was good. (the product shipped from Lithuania!). The choice of coffees was almost overwhelming but I have found my preferred configuration and saved them to my preferences. The integrated milk steamer/frother delivers good milk and texture, even with soya milk (less good with skimmed, but that's to be expected). The machine works much more quietly than my previous model and the ability to access and clean all components is a big plus too All in all very satisfied
