Strongly suggest you order from someone else! I ordered a coffee machine as a gift for my brother because he is a healthcare worker and soon new father who has had a difficult, tiring year. Machine did not arrive and only after the delivery date did they email to say it won’t be arriving because they miss-advertised their stock levels. No discount or priority shipping offered for a future order.

Easy ordering and quick delivery via ups, prices was lower then competitor plus great 250g coffee included. Note comes with an EU style plug but an adaptor was included. Would highly recommend the company.

I had the previous incarnation of this machine, which was great. A few little things had started to happen to it as it had been used a lot. I have MS and didn’t feel confident about ordering the parts and fixing it myself. And I couldn’t be bothered to arrange for the machine to be sent for repair. I did my research on the internet and found this site and this machine. After researching on both I decided to place an order. At over £100 cheaper than other retailers I did wonder if there was a catch. There wasn’t, great communication and a swift delivery. Machine is great, better than the previous one. The initial coffee seems hotter and the steamer seems more powerful so the finished drink seems hotter. In my opinion this machine makes a great cup of coffee, I would definitely recommend it and thecoffeemate website.

Coffee Mate were very good, although after taking my order I was told that the machine I wanted was out of stock despite being listed as in stock on the website when I ordered. Communication with them was very good and I was quickly refunded. Thanks for your help!

Disappointed by packaging. Great price & prompt dispatch. But I was horrified to see it delivered wrapped in cling film. It was bought as a present for my husband & if the product packaging had been wrapped in brown paper it wouldn’t have mattered that he was the one who answered the door to the delivery. As it was he could clearly see what he was getting for his birthday as it had been ingeniously disguised in see through wrap. Not to mention that the cling film is very environmentally unfriendly.
