My old machine did not have facility for a water filter, excellent that this new machine prima Donna has fitting for filter, hopefully will ‘soften’ water before entering machine.

Wonderful coffe machine, had an old delongi that served me well this upgrade is excellent as I love latte’s and flat whites. Was initially impressed with app but keeps losing connection with machine, when connected you can make a coffe to your own recipe excellent. Price was excellent and Coffee Friend delivered well before expected date, highly recommend.

Placed my order, it was accepted, and my card was charged. Then for some reason, after they had my money, they decided my card was a security risk – but never explained why. They cancelled my order and refunded my money but forgot to tell me. There I was 2 weeks later chasing them for the shipping information when they decided to tell me they had a trust problem which I had no chance to work. Their suggestion – try another card and see if it works…. I called another company and placed my order – now I’m enjoying my coffee.

Ordered a Nespresso 'Inissia' machine on 31 August which I thought was coming within the UK. However it arrived quickly on 6 September from Poland. Despite coming from abroad Coffee Friend takes care of any extra charges so there is nothing extra to pay and shipping was free. Greatly impressed with the service and being able to buy this machine which is no longer made. Will try their coffee selections soon.

When we received the Nespresso "Pixie Titan" it had a European plug without an adapter being supplied . No advice was provide when ordering of this standard . We had to replace the plug socket to match the UK/Irish standard .
