Excellent service. Arrived really promptly and my niece was delighted with it! Lovely and compact. Just the ticket for student halls!

I had a great experience. I bought a Wilfra Grinder and the product arrived within a couple of days. There was a payment issue but their support team called me and were very helpful in getting it resolved. Their excellent support and great deals on coffee gear mean I'll be buying from them again soon.

What can I say other than excellent service. I order the bean to cup Siemens "TI923309RW coffee machine. They kept me up to date with delivery and it arrived within 16 day, from outside the uk. It was well packaged and in excellent working order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I would have given 5 stars but I believed that my order was coming from within the UK (website order was made on a UK site) however my coffee machine came from Poland. The paperwork included from Nespresso was for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and I could not therefore register the machine with Nespresso to effect any guarantee.

I purchased a Bosch built in, bean to cup machine back in 2019 from coffee friend and had enjoyed using it daily for 18 months until it developed a fault. This was reported to Bosch service (not coffee friend) and repairs were carried out under warranty. After several months of visits and new parts the machine was still not operating correctly and was finally replaced. I contacted Coffe Friend to see if they would accept a credit from Bosch to replace the machine for a new one and they were very amenable. Coffee friend was extremely helpful with this and gave excellent customer service. They organised collection of the old machine and gave great instruction on how to package and return it to them safely. The new machine arrived as promised within a week. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase anything coffee related. Both value for money and customer service is outstanding. You are definitely made to feel like a valued customer which is unfortunately not common with other companies nowadays. I am 100% satisfied with all dealings I have had. Thank you Coffe Friend.
