Very reliable , honest , and excellent company and deserves respect . I made a purchase for the amount of 1449 pounds and then canceled the purchase after an hour via an email and within a few days the full amount was returned to my account. I made another purchase with the same amount for a coffee machine and it was shipped to Saudi Arabia in excellent condition within a short period with the value of VAT returned to my account because Saudi Arabia takes VAT on purchases from abroad, so they were the reason for not calculating the tax twice They also asked me to inspect the shipment before receiving it, and in the event that I found damage in it, they told me to reject the shipment and send them directly by mail in order to send me the new replacement Thank you Your lover from Saudi Arabia Wajdi

Got a bill from fedex for import duty 3 months after delivery, a refund was sorted very quickly and efficiently by coffeefriend, who also apologised as it should have been dealt with at the time of shipping. Which was more than can be said for fedex who were an absolute nightmare to deal with.

This is the first time we have used this company but it won't be the last as everything worked as promised. Considering the coffee machine came from Poland the delivery time was exceptionally short. We were surprised to find the machine was fitted with a two pin continental plug bur the plug adapter supplied was extremely good and stable. We were very happy with the price of this machine compared with other suppliers. Well done all around.

I find it hard to leave out offensive words, I have never had such a bad, poor, feeble company to deal with. you should be ashamed. when someone buys a product and try`s to return a day later because of any reason, it should be the simplest of things, but you have made it a major problem for me, and now can`t even have the curtesy to refund the full amount. I wish your company all the worst and I am about to give you a write up on Facebook, and every chance I have I will disgrace your name. it has been a nightmare doing business with you.

Product ordered and after nearly 4 weeks of waiting, I got told it got lost in transit and there is no replacement available. What was offered “like for like” sadly was nothing like the one I ordered 😔

Got a grinder at a good discount (look for coupons). It didn't come with the UK plug adapter it should have, but I contacted support and they said I could either get one delivered or they'd pay me back if I got one from Amazon which I did. So a mistake was made, but they made it right. So a good experience overall.

Misleading company – this it NOT based in the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Products came relatively quick and luckily in good order (kettle with a continental plug + adapter – thanks for that). Kettle was only wrapped in clingfilm :-(, but luckily the box was made of good quality cardboard. Would I use this company again? NO – for the simply reason that they mislead people that they're based in the UK when not and if things had gone wrong with the kettle, we had no way to reclaim money or have it swapped for a working one.
