I live in Canada, but my friend lives in the UK. I wanted to send her a new kettle. Coffeefriend was easy to use. It gave a clear and accurate description of the item, including the very important fact that it came with a UK plug. The price seemed reasonable considering that I was not charged for shipping. The site accepted my credit card with no problem. The item arrived in a timely manner, and my friend is very happy with her new kettle.
