The aroma and taste of prepared coffee are extremely complex, reminiscent of florals, jasmine, iced green tea, vanilla biscuits and coffee blossoms.
This coffee came from Finca La Chirimoya, a farm located in the Piura region of Peru. The highlands (1850 m), winds blowing from the Pacific Ocean, and constantly changing periods of sun and rain create the perfect conditions for special flavours to mature. Coffee is grown by smallholder farmers, with a special focus on organic farming.
While this coffee is perfect for Pour overs (filter preparation methods), it is also great for Espresso, French Press, Aeropress and Cold Brew.
Due to the exceptional quality and taste, this coffee is marked as Specialty. According to the SCA it scores 86,25 out of 100.
