The automatic coffee machine “Philips Series 3200 EP3221/40” prepares freshly ground coffee beans every time and makes 4 coffee drinks automatically (1 or 2 servings at a time). Using the steam cappuccinatore, you can easily froth a perfectly smooth milk foam for milk-based drinks.

Unlike the model you’ve mentioned, Philips Series 3200 EP3221/40 is:
– Capable of brewing americano and espresso lungo
– Adorned with a glossy front panel in black
– Make sure the milk you’re using contains enough fat (3.2–3.5%).
– Use cool milk only (straight from the fridge).
The main difference lies in the milk system. Philips Series 3200 EP3221/40 is equipped with a traditional milk frother: users have to immerse the frother in the milk, froth it, and then add it to their coffee.
On the other hand, the Philips Series 2200 EP2230/10 model boasts a “LatteGo” milk container and a built-in cappuccino recipe, so milk-based drinks are brewed at the touch of a button.
Then again, Philips Series 3200 EP3221/40 presents the users with two additional black coffee drinks: americano and espresso lungo.
Which one should you choose? If you’re a fan of regular black coffee and rarely go for milk-based drinks, your best bet would be the EP3221/40 model. However, if you love milk-based coffees, then go for EP2230/10.
