NO STARS. Terrible CUSTOMER service.. Foreign plug conversion, second-hand box. Machine did not work properly and after emailing was told to return it and would be checked and then some while before refund. IF CONFIRMED FAULTY. However, as explained in original email making complaint, the box was unusable and I am unable to get to UPS depot to drop off machine during lockdown. Company offered to collect but I have no confidence in this company as I was suspicious from the outset. There is no integrity in asking me to wait several weeks at least for a refund as a I originally contacted the company the week a I started using the machine. Had ordered it in the first place as a gift but could not use it as such as looked like I had bought it from a second hand shop or similar so kept it for myself. A very, very bad purchase. I usually order from John Lewis or direct from Nespresso so it is an expensive lesson.

Machine is great, but only came with manuals and leaflet in Eastern European languages, and the machine had a European 2 pin plug (they did supply an adapter though!). Service in general from coffeefriend was terrible though, even worse was UPS who deliver on their behalf.

Great beans at this price point! I was using V60 for brewing, and, despite these arenot perfect V60 beans by design, the drink that I was getting was really nice.

Was positively surprised by the quality of these beans. The fact that they are decaf doesn;t affect the taste

this little machine is the best for the price. plenty of storage for beans, good water jug and does the milk frothing and hot water. This replaced the intensa model -sadly not made now- and is a little inferior don't know why they have to change somehting so good with this but it is the next best thing.

Bought this coffee machine as a gift. Wasn't aware that it was coming from Poland and so did not have a UK plug fitted, however it did come with a secure converter plug and additional coffee pods. I was a little worried about guarantees as not shipped from the UK and so contacted the company, who replied very quickly to quash my worries. Very happy with my purchase.

Coffee Friend delivered this machine to me quickly and they have great customer service. This machine is perfect, easy to use, easy to clean and quick. I find that if you put a little water in with the milk frother it's easier to clean.
