I ordered a coffee machine three weeks ago. It was “in stock”. Several days after ordering I was advised it was in Poland. After three weeks I was advised that they had made a mistake and sold all the stock and would not be getting the machine again. That said it was a system bug, I could have my money back and said sorry. Should never have described as in stock on a UK site. They had a contract according to their terms and just walked away through incompetence after keeping me waiting several weeks. Do not use their site.

ORDER FROM AMAZON. Placed my order on 21 December 2020, no tracking details available other than a delivery label has been prepared in Poland. Contacted the seller but they couldn't give me any clue about a delivery date. If I had ordered the coffee machine from AMAZON I would have received it the next day.

The product itself was a very welcome Xmas present. However, I was very disappointed and surprised that the coffee machine arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap. There was no box that the product box was in, therefore, no protective packaging. Also, as the bubble wrap was transparent, the delivery driver and anybody else could clearly see what the item was and I believe this could have potentially made it a target for theft.
