Nespresso Essenza Mini XN1101 Coffee Pod Machine – White
The machine arrived swiftly but as yet I have not been able to gift this to my parents due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Hopefully I can give it to them soon. The only thing was the plug was European which worries me slightly even though a UK plug converter was provided. I’m hoping there will be no issues with voltage etc.

My coffee machine got delivered and there are several issues. Firstly, it was delivered from Poland with a flimsy adaptor to make it suitable for english use. NOWHERE on the website does it state that the product is not the British version with a British plug. The adapter is not sterdy or straight and I am not happy about using it, in fear that it will cause an electrical fire. They have, by not discolosing this, been falsely advertising the product on their website and that is in breach of many stautory laws. Secondly, the product has scratches along the top of the machine and the box itself was already open (not sealed) and battered. Therefore it appears that the product is one that has been returned rather than new. I am shocked and dissapointed at the above.

Nespresso Inissia EN80.B Coffee Pod Machine – Black
I recently purchased this little machine and was disappointed with it. The coffee capsules don’t always drop into the dispenser in the correct position. Consequently only hot water comes through, instead of coffee. The capsule is then wasted as it can’t be reused. Also the button has to be pressed 2 or 3 times for the required amount of coffee. I think it’s a case of you get what you pay for. For the price it is adequate
