What appeared to be very good machine actually had a faulty mechanism for getting the coffee pod to load properly. This caused quite a lot of wastage. Coffee mate friend are to be highly commended for their very professional response to the faulty machine and they gave me a full refund having seen a video clip of the fault. A return label was Supplied as part of the arrangement for return. Heartily recommended as a supplier despite the issue we had with this machine.

Excellent product so far. Build quality seems good. Very accurate pouring for drip coffee smooth consistent flow. Angled handle makes pouring easy.. Only minor downside is that there is not temperature gauge so have to lift the lid to check for boiling. This is a positive as the Lid does not rattle when boiling. Just be mindful of the steam vents in the lid when doing so. Really enjoying the product. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys drip coffee.

Nice piece of kit that makes good coffee. Little concerns are: – Longish delivery time. Dispatched from abroad when website seems to be English. Water redovoir requires frequent filling

Bought as a gift for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. They are tickled pink with it. The only strange bit about the process was having to pay over the telephone as they didn't take credit cards online?? Bit bizarre?
