I haven't received my products i wish to have a refund

Slight delay in delivery of my Moccamaster due to Brexit issues but I received excellent e-mail updates and the package was delivered in good order a few days later. In the circumstances a good outcome.

Ordered the product, paid for the product, waited 3 weeks for the product but still not received the product. Not really what I signed up for but glad you asked me for a review. ** Your response, by the way, tells me nothing. I may have been contacted personally, but only for you to tell me that you can't confirm when I will receive the item. Not a huge amount of use I'm afraid.

Good comms about brexit shipping issues

My experience with this purchase is one of good communication. However, because of Brexit the delivery was seriously delayed. Although I appreciate this is not the sellers problem, as a customer it was frustrating.
