Haven’t really had a chance to use the machine other than ensure it works as it is for our new house. Product itself seems good quality however the delivery delay was pretty much over a month. Had a nightmare with UPS due to customs fees and took a while to sort but I can sympathise that CF weren’t aware of this due to Brexit. Should be made clearer online that it comes with a EU cable and EU-UK adapter however. Decent enough deal in the end although could’ve got it quicker, and with a UK connector from AO for an extra £10. Service was fine in the end but did take a lot of emailing, calls and communication to get the emails resolved. Not all CFs fault but I wouldn’t use again due to the hassle unfortunately.

I bought this for my brother as a Xmas present as he wanted one for a long time, and he loved it. He uses it every day and he says it has changed the way he drinks coffee at home. The machine itself it's really good quality, the coffee it makes it's great and the milk froth it's amazing. The delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived in perfect condition. 100% recommend Coffee Friend!!
