Very happy with my new moka pot, took just over a week for delivery.

So I was searching for coffee machine philips “Series 2200 EP2221/40” for quite a time now (the prices are really high right now everywhere). I was looking on price comparison sites and I saw that Coffee Friend has one with a really good price. I ordered the machine and got it after one week so I am happy about that. The package was fine, none scratches were found. The machine itself is great, it has everything I was looking for. Overall I had a great experience with this seller although it is a first time that I bought from them. I believe I will come back for coffee and other stuff too. I have already recommended Coffee Friend to all my friends and colleagues so thought I will recommend it here too.

I have bought a coffee machine previous week (De'Longhi 350.55.b) and it came today. I was utterly surprised that it came even quicker than it is indicated in their site. Would recommend!

I am utterly disappointed to say the least. After waiting a long while not their suppliers fault it arrived in such a state. The packaging was almost like cling film. Website is also very misleading as I thought I was buying from a U.K. seller. U.K. telephone number etc. Packaging was utterly ruined and I darent even plug in the machine. Not that it would be of any use with the massively huge coversion plug provided. (That wasn’t called out in the listing was it?!!!!) If the state of the packaging is anything to go by what person in their right mind would accept this? In their email they say if arrived in an unsuitable way then do not accept. There was no time to not accept as the delivery driver (not UPS as instructed) just left the crumpled package on the doorstep and was already in his van when my husband went to get the parcel. I’ve contacted them separately to return the item. I would not recommend!!!

A last minute birthday gift with a coffee theme and these folks did not let me down! Great item and a great deal – thank you!

As others have written, although the website is ".co.uk" the Nespresso machine I bought came from Poland. The downside with this is that it had a non-UK plug – but was supplied with a rather bulky conversion plug. Fortunately I was OK with cutting off the EU plug and fitting a UK one – much neater & far less bulky but I’ve probably voided the warranty. Anyway, the machine arrived on time & was cheaper than anywhere else. So if you are ok with the above “plug” issue, then you’ve had a good deal – though it may be interesting to know what happens regarding warranty issues….

Took 4 weeks to arrive and UPS changed the advised delivery date 4 times. Feel somewhat misled by this company's website. They have a UK address and phone number so you assume it's a UK company. It was only after ordering that I was advised the machine was coming from Poland. I would not have purchased it had that been clear. To add insult to injury, the machine duly arrived with no English paperwork and with a non UK plug attached! They did enclose a huge adaptor to make it usable as a UK item but the plug is now so big I cant use it where I intended. Overall, I feel cheated and very disappointed. The Nespresso machine itself works fine but I am just feeling let down by the overall purchase. Yes they were cheaper but the above issues do not outweigh that. Should have purchased from a known UK high street supplier and paid only about £20 more.
