Very happy with the machine & after a little tinkering with the setup initially, now enjoying some great coffee. It would probably be a bit annoying if the household all enjoyed their coffee differently as you'd need to know your setting for each time it changes but for simple espresso it's a winner. Good value for money with someone looking for an entry into coffee making, without the faff of all the prep & cleaning.

Really happy with this grinder. Very good for filter brewing. I bought it to replace a Baraza Encore.

The Bialetti moka express is excellent, this is our second smaller one. We use them daily and the 6 cup size is prefect for 2 large cappuccinos and this 4 cup (really a 3 cup as it has 1/2 the capacity of the 6) is great for 1 big coffee. The service from Coffee Friend was good, arrived promptly etc only thing i would say was it cost about the same price as the 6 cup i bought so dropped a star.

I waited 21 days for the coffee cups ,it had been scaned 35 times by people at different depots around poland and the uk ,if i thought that was the case ,wouldn't have ordered them i thought these people were a british company ,thats why i ordered them ,its always best to shop around ,they arrived eventually, nice but not worth the wait ,they can blame brexit ,for a lot, but is only an excuse not be buying again from them

It's not made clear on the website that although Coffee Friend have a UK site they are in fact based in mainland Europe and purchases are shipped from there. If you purchase a more expensive machine you may be liable to import duties. Our machine took over 2 weeks to arrive due to this and Brexit. Machine came with a European plug and a bulky UK adaptor. Would I buy from them again? Unlikely. I think I'd pay a little more and buy from a UK based outlet, get the machine the next day and not be wondering if I was going to have to pay duty on delivery.

I can only say that I am delighted with this machine, I think for the type of machine that it is it is excellent value for money, easy to use and produces an lovely coffee how ever you like to drink it..

This is an excellent grinder, easy to use and adjust for the right grind for your beans and I think very good value for money

Love this machine, we had a problem with the first one we got but the after care was great, it was replaced with no problems . The machine is great, easy to use and makes great coffee. Sue

Does the job. Can't feel the heat through the cup so it's always comfortable to hold. Goes through the dishwasher every day at 65°C and survives it!
