I felt that the delivery took a while. The prices were the best on the Internet however. Also bear in mind the products are shipping from the EU (Poland in my case on both occasions). The website is all British so I was under the assumptions that stock is also local 🙂

Great prompt feed back and encouragement. My Baratza grinder and Lelit machine arrived really well wrapped with no courier damage, so I was delighted. Really enjoying them both now. Would definitely buy from CoffeeFriend again.

Perhaps I didn’t notice when buying, but was not aware machine would not be UK market model. Euro plug with converter is bulky and cutting off and changing plug means no earth cable. Also had issues registering warranty with Nespresso UK despite numerous attempts. All in all, not worth the moderate saving.

Best prices but delivery took two weeks exactly 🙂 machine arrived as described and no VAT! Coffee is also arriving tomorrow. Small order of coffee was delivered quicker, coffee machine took a wee bit longer.

Very impressed with all round efficiency of Coffee Friend (CF) company. Purchased a new Siemens coffee machine (had 2 previously directly from Siemens) but had few questions about new machine’s operation as could not get settings right for correct quality of coffee. Rose at CF responded on the same day with detailed answers to help. A week later I had extra questions and again received answers the same day. All the extra help has enabled me to now get excellent coffee every time. So 10/10 CF for your excellent customer service – didn’t expect it to be so good – so I would highly recommend them for your next coffee machine purchase!
