Great little grinder. I had some issues with the 1st unit sent out to me that was faulty. Rose and the team were great at dealing with the problem and sent me out a replacement and some free coffee for my trouble Very happy with it, thank you!

Internal package arrived opened. Lid of the coffee maker does not close properly. Also one of the two coffee outlets was blocked from the first brewing.

Nice cup, but don't be fooled into thinking that they are held in stock in the UK. The item took about 4 weeks to arrive. Had I known I would have bought elsewhere.

Like many people, I am spending more time at home and purchased this machine (and recommended beans from CF) to improve the quality of coffee I consumed absent my usual coffee shop. I did lots of research and the price of this machine was considerably cheaper on CF than purchasing direct from the manufacturer and Amazon. It was also delivered promptly and was very well packaged. If like me, you prefer black coffees this machine is absolutely perfect and easily fits in small kitchen too. Coffee is not super hot, but I prefer that way as believe that helps the coffee to sing. Only slight drawback (hence 4 stars) is the "plasticy" nature of the machine itself – others with more chrome accents or colour options may look more stylish, but no question that this does not detract from the quality of the coffee it produces and makes it easier to clean.

Coffee is full of flavour and nicely rounded, no harshness which you can get with some beans and the price is very reasonable. Service was excellent from Coffee Friend. Delivery was slightly longer than usual but overall I am delighted with dealing with Coffee Friend and have already recommended yourselves to my friends.

Lovely to look at and it works beautifully on an induction hob.
