An extremely positive experience buying from this Company. Ordered a coffee machine at an extremely competitive price. The item arrived and although unfortunately the water tank was damaged this was quickly remedied with a replacement sent out immediately. Excellent customer service.

My initial choice was out of stock even though it did not say so when I ordered. I was promptly contacted and offered the choice of an alternative. It was delivered within expected timescales and communication was good. The product was 20% cheaper than anywhere else and makes excellent coffee. All in all a positive buying experience, would have been 5 stars if I hadn't been able to order something that was out of stock.

After having problems with original coffee machine, coffee friend were very efficient in replacing the item,and today received a replacement, which we are extremely pleased with as it works perfectly.
