**Updated Review** We had received a faulty coffee maker – the handle kept falling off and the joint where it was attached was sharp so looked like it was manufacturing bloop. We were contacted by their customer services team who went out of their way to help us and in short sent us a brand new replacement very promptly. Excellent communications and excellent service, we would highly recommend Coffee Friend. 🙂

Best price on the web for what we wanted

(Edit) Turned up scratched at the front, I didn't notice this as it was a Christmas present for someone…….. this is a European model with 110v plug with a 3 pin adaptor put in the box. This is not a UK based company so sending back would probably be a pain. Don't waste your time or money…

Took them a while to confirm machine was out of stock. Decided to take a more expensive model, had to keep contacting them to take additional payment. Although they send out the normal email patter of keeping you in the loop, received no real information on order update until courier contacted me.

I was bitterly disappointed having ordered a coffee machine, to then understand payment had been taken but the coffee machine was no longer available. I have never used Coffeefriend but I was pleasantly surprised with how they handled their error and really appreciate the free coffee beans they are posting to say sorry. I will give them another go

I would have preferred to have been given an approximate delivery period – and/or that the website states more clearly that goods come from abroad and it can take up to two weeks.

I was slightly worried about delivery times after reading other reviews. I shouldn’t have. Our coffee machine arrived more quickly than expected and was well packaged. The coffee machine was very competitively priced and I have absolutely no regrets ordering through Coffee Friend.
