Ordered the electric Fellow Stagg kettle. The actual kettle is great but the box arrived damaged which is unfortunate as it is going to be a Christmas present. It also has a two-pin plug and it although an adapter in included which you fit yourself, the one it came with was an ugly off-grey colour which kind of ruins the entire aesthetic of the appliance. I've bought a black one (£7.99 from Amazon). Not great for quite an expensive purchase.

The most competitive price we could find for our Sage machine, by about £40 difference, even received courtesy call to confirm the delivery date. Great, personable service

a couple of points: + good price + delivery easy to track – manual should be provided in English, at least a pdf of it. My polish, Russian and Hungarian are not that strong – the machine was sold as new but there is a massive scratch on the front panel. Not good :/

I bought a nespresso machine. I was really pleased to find the colour I was looking for. It arrived and has a European plug. They have included an adaptor (in white – the plug is black) so I can use it but the plug unit now sticks right out into my kitchen and looks really ugly. The machine took a long time to arrive and I needed it for an occasion so I couldn’t send it back. Not very impressed!
