Excellent choice of coffees at reasonable prices. The despatch time is fast, I don't buy my coffee from anywhere else now I have found these guys

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order. I placed it online and paid and received s confirmation email. I then received a further email to say that my order had been cancelled as my payment had been flagged as suspicious, and that if I provided another method of payment my order would be processed. I declined. To be fair, my order was fully refunded quickly. But I don't really understand why it was cancelled and refunded in the first place.

Great product, well packed and quick delivery. Customer service got in touch very quickly after I emailed them, and even sent complimentary coffee!
