I hadn't heard of Coffeefriend before and some of their reviews are not the most positive but I have to say my concerns were unfounded. The coffee machine arrived quicker than predicted, well packaged. All for an unbeatable price – what's not to like. I have no hesitation in recommending them

It took a little longer to arrive due to the understandable current circumstances. Useful advice for checking the package before taking possession. Only been using the product for a week. No problem to report so far.

Great item, great price, speedy delivery time. The coffee machine is fabulous and produces a delicious cuppa. It looks great in my kitchen too as the design is quite quirky. My only concern is it was left on the doorstep all day by the delivery company.

Even if took 2 weeks to arrive. I am happy with my order. The price is less than other websites and the machine is amazing!! Very fast and small with incredible results. I think i would definitely need the sage coffee grinder as well for a best teast. I also received 10£ voucher inside! The box seems to be opened from coffee friends to add the adapter and the voucher and maybe to check. Overall, if you don’t mind waiting 2 weeks. I can give them 5stars

Bean to Cup coffee machines

The machine looks good ad smart with the metal finish. It looks better in real than on the photos . It's been a clear upgrade from our old Delonghi. At the beginning the coffee machine was very quiet but unfortunately it's started making a squishing noise so much so that I need to contact customer service (hence 3 stars). The coffee the machine produces is still nice – obviously all depends on coffee beans we use – there is nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
