Excellent grinder and a very competitive price from Coffeefriend who handled my order efficiently and delivered well ahead of the time I had anticipated. The Wilfa arrived with a two pin plug but Coffeefriend had considerately included a uk three pin adapter. Based on my experience I am happy to unreservedly recommend CF as trusted online retailer. It’s quite unique these days to get this level of old school service. It was like a VIP concierge service. It was so personal and professional. I ordered a high end coffee machine. The price was the best available but on top of that they threw in some free coffee beans. They were very clear on delivery times and the fact it would be a European plug – and they also included a free UK plug adapter. Couldn’t have expected any more. Brilliant.

In terms of price – 5 stars. Not only price matched but actually beat other retailers who offered a military discount on top. Delivery – 4 stars Took 3 weeks as advertised. Service 4 stars – was disappointed to only get 1kg of coffee and not the advertised 2kg included due to “the price change from RRP” but overall very pleased with experience and purchase.
