So, we ordered a coffee machine and over a month later it hasn't arrived. Emails to Coffeefriend result in "…it's in customs…", or other excuses. If you're in the UK and want a coffee machine – go to Currys, not Coffeefriend.

Waiting for delivery. It takes forever

I'm still waiting for the coffee machine to arrive! I can understand there are shipping issues from Europe at the moment, but communication could be better. Not very happy!

Excellent machine. Slightly cheaper in price than others, but did have to wait a while for delivery.

Be aware the delivery times are Likely to be 3 weeks or more as most Of these are shipped from Europe to the UK and you may have a 2 pin plug adapter I still haven’t received mine yet and I’m being Asked to review them

Best price and no complaints about the product or packaging, all as expected. The only reason for dropping a star is the longer than expected delivery time of over 2 weeks. There was a warning before order placement that this might happen because of the effects of covid, but my feeling is that as a justification, covid is no longer a cloak to hide behind for poor delivery performance.

Great coffee machine, fantastic service!

Outstanding customer service. Bought an espresso machine and immediately been contacted by a member of staff to make sure that there isn’t anything else that I need. I then decided to order a coffee grinder from them and they made sure that the grinder and coffee machine will be delivered in the same time. Very pleased with both items ordered and with the level of customer service. The whole process was easy and smooth. Delivery meet the timeframe.
