Our coffee machine arrived , it was for a Christmas present but we opened it to make sure every thing was ok with it, and lucky we did as it had a European fitted plug with it , so no way of using it. I contacted customer services and they replied quickly with an apology saying the type we bought all came like that but should of had the adaptor with it. They said they would send one out with a free bag of coffee as an apology . My main gripe is it took 8 days to arrive . Luckily though once fitted all worked fine.

From ordering to delivery it was easy and efficient and an excellent price. overall a great experience
