This is Christmas gift so it’s not out of the box or used yet so the four star rating can only be for price, ordering process and speed of delivery which were all great. So far a good experience from a first time user of Coffeefriend.

DeLonghi Dedica Style EC 685.R Espresso Coffee Machine – Red
This arrived very quickly in just over a week, from date of order. It had a very good quality EU to UK plug adaptor in the box. It was £60 cheaper from Coffee Friend than it was from Curry's at the time I ordered it. It is an excellent machine but takes a bit of experimentation with coffee and settings to get it right. If you read instructions it will guide you through the initial machine setup. Delighted so far with this product and happy thatI saved myself £60 by buying from Coffee Friend

Coffee grinder Wilfa CGWS-130B
Fantastic service! Great price for the grinder I ordered and came within the timescale specified. Almost couldn't believe my luck finding this. Looks like the grinder was intended for EU use, but it came with a UK plug adaptor so no hassle.
