Pleasant staff in customer services, assisted me in returning my coffee machine. They did give me a bit of runaround in the beginning, wanting video footage etc, but paid up in the end.

My first purchase from this company has been a good experience so far. I was delighted with the price of the machine, the ordering process and the delivery. As this is a Christmas gift I can’t comment on the product itself as it’s not been opened but I’m looking forward to seeing it in action.
