Really good customer service. Only issue was had to wait a little longer for machine to be delivered than stated as was arriving from Europe. In current climate with driver shortages, Brexit etc, I suppose this is to be expected.

Bought 2 Delonghi machines in the black Friday sales for our 2 young adult children and their partners for their Christmas presents They arrived in a couple of days and we were able to get them to them in good time as they are both working over Christmas

My son wanted a coffee maker for his birthday. He has always liked the Delongi machine we purchased a few years ago. We found the up dated model on Coffeefriend at a very good price, and it still gets good reviews. Delivered to his house in good time for his birthday. He is very pleased with it.

DeLonghi Dedica Style EC 685.BK Espresso Coffee Machine – Black
Makes piss weak coffee. With it being 15 PSI it belts the water through with minimal extraction of the ground coffee. There is no control over this, it only has time control. I have tried finer grinds to slow the extraction but that only clogs it up and nothing worthwhile comes out. Time to look for different machine with adjustable pressure. 🙁

Purchased a Delonghi ECAM from these guys. I’m very happy with the machine but I would also say that the customer service that accompanied it was excellent. Answers to queries and questions were quick and thorough. It was a pleasure buying from this company.

I bought this coffee machine for my son in law for Christmas. Unfortunately we cannot see the family now as a result of covid. I am sure that he will be pleased with it when he gets it.

Bought a DeLonghi coffee machine as a Christmas present. Arrived in good time but the parcel was very badly wrapped so the box was badly damaged. I have not unpacked the machine but hopefully it has not sustained any damage.

DeLonghi Dedica Style EC 685.W Espresso Coffee Machine – White
This coffee machine was a Christmas present for my boyfriend, and he loves it! It has great features and looks very stylish compared to a lot of the models at a similar price. I was also pleasantly surprised to see it comes with many useful accessories. We have only used it a few times but have no complaints. The only thing I will say is that if you’re making multiple coffees, you need to leave it 5/10 minutes or so to ‘recharge’ the milk frother, otherwise it will be slightly cold. The purchase from Coffee Friend was easy and seamless, and the price was much more reasonable than the same machine from other stores.
