It took over 4 weeks to receive this item. The tracking element was hopeless and did not change or move for nearly 2 weeks. When it finally moved and informed me that it was in transit it was AFTER it had been delivered.. . This is despite CoffeeFiend (!) saying delivery would be slow due to : (Brexit/Covid/no HGV drivers/ lack of staff/lack of petrol..take your pick ) and delivery would be about 2+ weeks. and saying to check with the delivery company -WHO I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH… Take some responsibility! I ordered this at least 4 weeks ahead as a a present for somebody and the delivery totally missed my key date -so much for my surprise present… At least i have the machine now and it is working well. Ok well Coffeefriend at least read this and replied and offered some compensation. WELL DONE THEM. I have adjusted my star rating..

Compared to other sites, the price was great. And there were no hidden extras like import tax and fees. Dispatch was quick and delivery time reasonable considering it came from outside of the UK.

Really impressed with coffee friend. My delonghi dedica is just as I expected. I have had delonghi coffee machines & this a replacement for an old machine that came to end of life. I was informed & updated on my order status. The telephone was answered & efficient replies via email. The product was a fraction of the price elsewhere. Love my machine. Thankyou coffee friend 🙂😋

So far this has been a fantastic buy for my partner. It is used daily and is easy to set up and start using. The only issue we've had is remembering to fill up the water tank a few times. I'm assuming as the tank doesn't go all the way to empty that this prevents some damage or I hope so. The company have also been great, as the adapter plug initially never arrived, so after a quick online chat one was sent out. It arrived within a week along with a bar of some lovely chocolate. Which was very much appreciated.

This coffee machine met all my expectations,it delivers lovely fresh coffee at a touch of the button. Am enjoying experimenting with different coffee beans for different tastes, with the hot water dispenser also offers the choice to weaken coffee and adapt various size to suit. Love it .

Amazing machine- put the beans, in press the button, connect a milk carton and enjoy your chosen coffee. Great price from Coffee friend. My only concern is that they use Hermes for delivery and my delivery person just dumped it on my step.

Coffee grinders

Great price for a great grinder. No complaints about the grinder itself, very consistent grind sizes. Would have been 5 stars but my unit had a couple of chips in the plastic at the side of the grinder. Like a couple of 1cm sections of plastic that had chipped off in transit. But it doesn't affect the use of the grinder and you don't notice them unless you look closely.
