Ordered a Flair Espresso machine which shipped after 4 days with delivery the following day. Impressed with the delivery time considering it was a black Friday sale. No messing about with Evri/Yodel, & no issues with the product either. Happy days!

Coffee Friend have the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a Delonghi machine as a Christmas present and they sent it in its original box with a massive illustration of what was inside. Unfortunately the delivery was accepted by the person we had bought it for which totally ruined the surprise. When I messaged them to let them know, Anna in the Customer Service was rude, abrupt and explained that I should have asked what box it came in! There was no understanding or offer of an apology. When I signed up for an account I also selected that I didn't want to receive marketing messages and since then I have had a barrage of emails…with four in the space of a couple of hours on Friday. Again Anna said that this was my fault as 'I must have clicked something' which I hadn't.
