I ordered a Phillips B2C machine on the 2nd of December which I have not received. The order tracker refers to 'awaiting courier' yet this (in light of all other reviews) is obviously bluff, most notably as it has not changed in 12 days. I have contacted CF via email to cancel and have been advised as the order has already been 'shipped' I have to await delivery and then return to sender; only then will they process a refund within 14 days. So, machine apparently somewhere in Lithuania / Europe for a fortnight yet I must wait until delivery, return and await refund. Shocking. I found the same machine for the same price via Curry's, delivered the next day. I will effect section 75……DO NOT USE COFFEE FRIEND!

I ordered an espresso machine on December 8th and it still hasn't arrived today. I've been emailing them for days and they said the machine broke down on the way and then it was stolen from their car on the way from Lithuania. They're not serious. I don't recommend them. I thought they were going to cancel my order and I'm waiting for my money back. I hope they're the recipient so I can get my money back. don't order anything from them😡😡😡🤦‍♀️

I have absolutely not idea what's going on with this company but I am also stuck awaiting an order that I placed on 4th December! It's a christmas present and looking like im not even going to recieve in time! Please avoid – its not worth the hassle. Now going to have to chase a refund so I can buy something else in time!

Coffee friends are utterly useless. I bought a coffee grinder from them on the 4th of December and I have still yet to receive my order after numerous emails back-and-forth asking where my parcel is and being assured that it will be with me within 24 hours as of the 12th of December which is four days after the guaranteed delivery date. I was told that there is an issue with Royal Mail/parcel force and a lot of orders are getting held up or not scanned because of a busy season. I understood that because it is Christmas time there will be some issues and delayed delivery. I was told that my delivery is delayed, but it is with royal mail and they’re delayed with scanning the parcel. I was assured that through mail Will have scanned my parcel either on the 11th of December or the 12th of December. As of today I have now been told that my parcel is held up in Belgium so the previous emails have been total rubbish and lies. I thought coming into this that it would be a smooth process because of all the positive reviews that they’ve had but this is all rubbish. I would not recommend buying them from coffee friends and I will not be buying from them again. I demand a full refund. I have a full email thread and screenshots of the conversations I’ve had over the last couple of weeks so if you need proof, I can provide it.
