Absolute disaster service and received a used machine. Seems to be a norm here that parcels sent by Coffe Friend get lost or go to the wrong place, so I assume that they are incapable of handling their clients products correctly. Not only that but when I finally receive the product, I see it was already opened and return, but I paid for a brand new product, not this. I know where I will NEVER shop from again, bad service and used coffee machines.

I’m really impressed with the CHiATO FlowPLAY Gooseneck Electric Kettle. The design is absolutely posh and stylish, and it feels very durable and well-made. It’s also incredibly user-friendly — easy to set up, easy to pour, and perfect for making precise brews. I spoke to one of their customer service rep, Simon. He was excellent as well. They responded to my queries very quickly and were genuinely helpful. Overall, a great product with great support. Highly recommended!
