Good coffee the taste is just right.

There was absolutely no communication from their side, and on multiple occasions, I was given misleading or false information when I reached out through their chat. Their tracking system is completely unreliable — it simply switches between “order received” and “order being processed,” offering no real insight into the actual status of the delivery. After two weeks with no updates or delivery, I contacted their support team out of concern. The first representative told me the items would be shipped that same day and that I should receive them within 3–5 days, explaining they hadn’t been in stock. If the items weren’t available, why were they advertised as such? And why wasn’t I informed? There was no reason to mislead me. Five days later, still nothing. I contacted them again and spoke to a different representative who claimed the order was with DPD and should arrive shortly. Another five days passed — still no delivery. At this stage, dealing with this company has been a complete waste of time. I’m extremely disappointed and simply want a full refund.
