I bought my Lelit Bianca from Coffee Friend and the whole experience was clean and straightforward. Delivery was quick, packaging was solid, and the machine arrived exactly as expected. Their customer service is actually impressive – when I called about a grinder delay they answered immediately, gave me a direct update, and solved it on the spot. No nonsense. I did run into an issue with a later order where things got a bit messy and I chose to cancel it, but to be fair, they handled the cancellation professionally and without hassle. Overall, they're a reliable company with fast delivery and customer support that actually helps. One small hiccup, but nothing that changes the fact that they're solid to deal with.

Delonghi Coffee machine arrived with a Euro plug and an adapter but no instructions on how to fit the adapter. It was confusing because it turns out there are two different ways to fit the adapter depending on the orientation of the plug attached to the mains cable of the machine. The fitted plug can either be in-line (straight) or 90 degree right angled. I thought it was faulty so intended to return it. To cut a long story short, customer services were calm and helpful and sent me the instructions on how to fit the adapter. That said, it should have come with clear instructions from Delonghi. Also one of the multilingual instruction booklets had every language under the sun except English even though it indicated an English translation would be on page 58🙄. I suspect this is a Delonghi issue rather than the Coffee Guys. For some context, I'm a retired electronics-servicing technician and I've never seen such an a ugly and confusing plug adapter in my life. I might just cut it off and wire it to a Britsh Standard UK 3 pin plug and take my chances with any warranty claims. Another niggle is that I like a large breakfast-cup of coffee in the morning but in programme mode, the volume control set up switches off well before a full cup level so I'm still faffing about trying to set half a cup and do it in two shots instead of a single. Ironically, that was the main reason why I chose this model (Dedica 685m) in the hope that I could press the go button and wander off. Alas, I have to stand there and wait. Makes good coffee provided you use good coffee. Previously owned a Dualit coffee machine for 5 years. It's still working great but wanted something physically smaller.

Paid , no delivery after 4 days and no way of tracking the delivery because parcel force use a 3rd part , pallet ways and they are not easy to communicate with the coffee friend answering service were as good as MEH! I can do no more Not good aftercare , no machine 1600.0 quid !!!
