Poor communication, still have not received my order stay clear of this company. Will have to go through the bank to retrieve money back.

Ordered an item and not received it – no response to email asking about status of order. Having seen the reviews of other people this has happened to, I’d say this company are at best incompetent.

I'm glad they had what I wanted — a nice manual grinder and the temp-controlled Hario kettle. Shipping was quick and easy.

Good price! Very slow delivery and poor communication via tracking system. Website suggested despatch within 2 to 3 days and next day delivery. Called on a Friday four days after the order and one answered phone. Called Saturday and told would be despatched Monday. Still no update on tracker, arrived 11 days after order and payment made.
