Excellent product, keenly priced, straightforward purchasing procedure, and delivered quickly.

The item was stolen thanks to Royal Mail not bringing to my door. But the online customer service chat is a waste of time as they don't respond to you. Also customer service did tell me they had proof of delivery. I contacted them informing I believed them but I needed more details the did not respond to me. The fact they have a photo of delivery even if it was not directly given to the customer doesn't matter to the. Their customer service is as bad as Royal Mail I will not use this company again owing to their service.

Just like many others, my order was placed almost two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent. No communication at all from the company either. I’ll now need to go through the bank to get the money back. Very frustrating. Avoid this company Edit: I just called support and they said the item arrived in stock that day and will be shipped out for 24 hour delivery. Very poor that nothing was communicated about this being out of stock since i ordered almost 2 weeks ago. If the item isn't in stock, it shouldn't be marked as 'in stock'.
