Despite last minute supply problems , the coffee maker arrived promptly the following week. Good price and nice to have a pack of coffee beans included.

BOX SHIFTERS based in POLAND…NOT in the UK as they'd like you to think they are !! Order date:- 21/8/20 Order No:- 000420664/0081004 (before TCM have the audacity to say this isn't genuine. Rang 24/8/20…no answer; just answer phone with the usual BS scripted excuses….hint to TCM some of us aren't that guillable sunshine !! 27/8/20 false shipment info given…Kavosdraugas etc. etc. 27/8/20 Email received:- quote "they can't find the UPS parcel in wharehouse yada yada yada; say UPS have lost it !! We will send a NEW package out to you….meanwhile accept a bag of coffee (as a sweetner..in reality this is to keep you tied to contract if you AGREE)….with the words we'll get that out to you IF you agree to continue with your order" I e-mailed back and asked for a refund. I asked how they could get a bag of coffee to me on time/quickly but NOT my item ? I suggested my item was NEVER in stock in the 1st place. R**e replied said she would sort refund out straight away. 28/8/20 refunded…only good part of this. STRANGE how they can get a bag of coffee out to you in time but NOT YOUR ITEM that you really want/need…..wow you couldn't make this up. 4/9/20 i received a phone call (what no answer phone !!) asking me had i received my parcel yet… WHAT ????? does this company know their backside from their elbow ?? I'VE CANCELLED my order; you'd think they'd read/check their screen/database before ringing. Out of curiosity i asked if they still had this item in stock ? immediately she replied yes…how long to get to me…5-7 days was reply…why so long i asked…errr errr yada yada yada….oh dear here we go again. Are you in the UK ? i suggested that they may be in Poland to which she said yes they were and that's why it would take so long for an item to get to UK. No worries i replied i'll take my money elsewhere. Shame that company's have to LIE to get you to part with your money…the website/phone number may be in the UK (to comply with whatever our laws demand for a business) however THEY ARE NOT SHIPPING YOUR ITEM FROM THE UK !! …..THEY ARE SHIPPING IT FROM POLAND !! DON'T accept any free gifts/other as this is a con (as you have to agree verbally/e-mail/other) to keep you tied into a contract that gives them carte blanche to WAIT for stock and to deliver at THEIR leisure…don't be suckered in folks. Stay safe…stay savvy. ……………………………………………………………………… UPDATE following reply from TCM:- ……………………………………………………………………… WOW even their "replies" on here are scripted !! same same same….your not even original in your replies !! STOP TRYING to cover up…just be honest and up-front on your website and STATE THE TRUTH about your location AND that you ONLY source your STOCK FROM OUTSIDE of UK to MAXIMISE YOUR PROFITS !! ….YOU HAVE ZERO STOCK IN THE UK… The word is out on the coffee forums sunshine…only someone who is either desperate/not checked (yet) Trustpilot will buy from you !!
