Fab product but was disappointed with lack of communication as to when it was despatched. Also, no plug converter was included so had to buy one before we could use the machine which was very frustrating.

Bought to replace 12 year old Neff bean to cup machine. Good communication & delivery from the company. Easy to install, Great multiple features making excellent coffee. Loses a star due to continental plug socket & no UK connector.

Wrong (cheaper model) product delivered – had to be sent back Second time – right product delivered but to wrong address – it was sent to the billing address instead of to the delivery address. My son had to drive across London to collect it Then that one didn't work and had to be collected. We then gave up and bought one from Currys. Thanks for the refund which was processed promptly

Excellent service and great bean to cup machine. Machine was delivered from Poland, so takes 4-5 days. It has a Euro plug, but UK adaptor was included in the box so no issues.

We really love this machine. It's not too big that it takes over our small kitchen and it looks quite attractive actually. It does plenty of different coffees types and we like that you can switch to ground coffee every so often because we can have the decaf we like sometimes. It arrived promptly after ordering but it did come in a box with a picture of it on but luckily I intercepted the parcel before my husband saw it as it was a present for him. Thank you coffee friend, we love it.
