My coffee machine came with a European plug. I bought from a company in the UK so I do expect a plug for the UK … and now there is no warranty with this machine either. Terrible. Do not buy from this company

Speedy delivery & good product

I had already decided which DeLonghi coffee machine I wanted, and stumbled across Coffee Friend as a potential supplier. I had never heard of Coffee Friend before, but they had good reviews, and were a lot less expensive than Amazon, or any other supplier, so I ordered with them. The machine was delivered a few days later, complete with English instructions, and a top quality adaptor for the EU plug fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Coffee Friend to other potential customers.

The product came as described but it appears to be a european spec and came with a euro plug and then you have to use an adaptor (which was supplied in the box), no issues and guess thats why it was a good price…

Very helpful and excellent service as we had to cancel order the next day as our daughter has bought us the same coffee machine for Xmas. Received refund within a few days.
