Good reviews here … but I was left unhappy and disappointed . My DeLonghi coffee machine arrived from Poland in about 10 days instead of 3-4 as advertised . It also came with a 2 pin plug and an UK adapter , without a factory seal and the service light for descaling came on after just one week ! Weird ! Descaling should be done only about every 3-4 months ! The coffee maker is not made in Italy ( like my previous one ) and I couldn't get the results I was used to , no matter how much I tried to adjust the settings . I eventually sent it back but I only got a partial refund . I wouldn't buy from them again but if you do I strongly advise checking with DeLonghi UK as some 2 pin plug appliances are not covered by UK warranty .

I've only had this a week so hard to tell if it will stand the test of time. However i think it's relatively easy to use once you've read the instructions. Bean to cup coffee tastes great bit I would definitely go for a water softener if you live in a hard water area like me. The price was great and just what i was looking for within my budget. Delivery was fast also. Overall would recommend.
