Great price and my coffee loving husband tells me the pods that came with it are very nice. Delivery took longer than expected but I hadn’t realised the machine was coming from Poland, nor did I realise it would have two pin plug with an adapter 😳 It works absolutely fine but this really should be specified in the item description.

The service in general was smooth, but initially I didn’t receive an estimated delivery date, I just hoped it arrived. When the coffee machine arrived it has a EU plug and I had to buy an adapter, the instructions come in English but most of the other promotional leaflets are in Lithuanian . Not sure what would have happened if something went wrong as not much communication with the company seemed available.

Very quick delivery, good machine and coffee. Only issue is the European plug. I didnt realise until seeing other reviews. It needs to be mentioned in specs, not hunted down elsewhere on the site. But so far so good. I expect to order more from them in the future.

Product was returned because find out that in the family we had already bought the same. The return customer service was slow however I have managed to speak to someone who helped me throughout the return process. I would suggest to speed up the process compare to other shops,for the rest all good 👍

This machine is leaking badly all over my kitchen worktop, I have sent an email to request what action will be taken by Coffee Friend and awaiting a reply. It is a lovely looking machine makes good coffee but leaks badly. I hope this can be resolved and I can put up a good review shortly.

I have ordered Dolce Gusto coffee machine from this website. After payment has been made I did not receive any type of confirmation at all. No email were sent, I have checked inbox, spam, junk mail – nothing. No information on when delivery will be, no email, no text message – nothing. Parcel worth of £549 was left outside of our house! How this is possible? They do not even bother to call our neighbors if they can accept delivery while we was out of the house. Does it call a customer service? I would never ever buy from this website or recommend to anyone.
