I ordered a coffee machine it took over a week to come when it did it had EU plug so dissapointed there was no mention of this in the description of the item I was so dissapointed I tried to contact them a out the del to no avail so hope someone will contact me about the plug issue

Waited a week for my new dolce gusto coffee machine now it has arrived with EU plug i cant use it doesnt work even with an adapter it does not state this on the website when buying it awful experience now ive got to go through the process of sending it back dont order from here ive emailed no one has contacted me this was about del though
