Everything’s great, nice packaging, seals well so the aroma stays

I have had this model for 3 years with no issues, makes great coffee and the steaming attachment works well. So good I bought one for my daughter for a house warming present.

I wasn't aware of the issues stated in these reviews when I ordered a coffee machine that had significant cost. The price was competitive but not a big bargain. I fortunately picked up warning signs very quickly. The tracking link didn't work, getting a slow response, the customer support just ringing unanswered etc. When I emailed that I was I was getting very concerned and would contact my payment provider, they phoned me. The warehouse is in Lithuania, the original order had been cancelled and that their stated 3 to 5 working day delivery actually starts when a courier picks up from their warehouse which can be whenever. They could not give me a timescale. They said they could not cancel as it might have already left the warehouse. I was given no reassurance but the poor customer service lad sounded like he was trying to cover for a poor supply and distribution system. I have it another day and then canceled via email. I am awaiting the refund but there a few days to go so won't take issue with this and assume I avoided a very big headache. The irony is that I was to place a very big coffee bean order with them.
