It was despatched quickly to me in the UK and Royal Mail Parcel force. Due to the fragility of the machine I was concerned but, it was packed so well that it is virtually impossible to damage in transit. As the machine is nice shiny stainless steel it is wrapped in a protective film which can take some time to remove but, it protects the product properly so, it's worth it. The machine comes with and EU to UK adaptor which is a quality item too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any of your coffee needs. I also received my £50 voucher to spend on any product that I also needed along with the best price in the EU for the same machine.
