The machine makes lovely coffee and is very pleasing to look at. I bought it on the premise that the hot plate stays on for two hours and disappointed to find that in fact it only keeps warm for 40 minutes

I was kept informed of the progress of my order, however I did not realise the machine was made for the European market with a different socket/plug system to UK. It works fine, but the plug adaptor is quite large and sticks out from the socket noticeably. The coffee pods are also not a very good fit inside the expresso machine. the 20 Euro voucher is not redeemable. A bit disappointed with the details provided.

I am SO happy with my new coffee machine! I had the old model before which lasted for years and when it broke down I dreamed of the beautiful new version with so much more options! I know it’s expensive, but when you are a coffee lover like me and have 4-5 coffees a day…you want that coffee machine!! It arrived very quickly, so secured on its own palette and was very easy to install. Yes, I am very happy and do recommend it to all coffee lovers!

I recently purchased a coffee machine as a Christmas present, from Coffee Friend. The whole process was a very difficult one with unforeseen delays because of Brexit and extremely poor handling by couriers. The staff at Coffee Friend, particularly Amber, could not have been more helpful, I'm sure it was a pretty terrible few weeks for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
